Description

A golden-crusted parmesan chicken breast served with a rich, creamy garlic sauce, garnished with fresh parsley and paired with roasted vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third dish, place the flour.
  5. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  6. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  10. Stir in the chopped parsley and remove from heat.
  11. Serve the crispy chicken with the rich garlic sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic and herbs for a few hours before cooking.
  • Serve with a side of pasta or salad for a complete meal.
