- 2 beef or chicken chops
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- Tonakatsu sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Season the beef chops with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chop in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the breaded chops until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Slice the chops and serve over rice.
- Add shredded cabbage and drizzle with tonkatsu sauce.
