- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and grated ginger.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until crispy.
- Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic mixture over the top.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is thickened.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can broil the salmon for the last minute of cooking.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
