Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and grated ginger.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  5. Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic mixture over the top.
