- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the hot potatoes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
