Description

Crispy Garlic Parmesan Crusted Potatoes are a delicious side dish that combines the flavors of garlic and Parmesan with perfectly roasted baby potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the hot potatoes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
