Ingredients

For the Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
For the Coating:
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Wrapping:
1 package of egg roll wrappers (about 10 wrappers)
Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. 🍰
Gradually add the heavy cream and continue mixing until the filling is light and fluffy. Set aside.
Assemble the Bites:
Lay out the egg roll wrappers on a flat surface.
Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the cheesecake filling in the center of each wrapper.
Fold the corners over the filling and roll the wrapper tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
Fry the Bites:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or pot over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot (about 350°F), carefully place the wrapped cheesecake bites into the oil.
Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. 🥳
Coat the Bites:
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
Once the bites are fried and drained on paper towels, immediately roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. 🍩
