Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Use convection or air fryer setting if possible. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil sprayed with cooking oil.
  2. Dry chicken thighs with paper towels to remove moisture.
  3. Mix baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Rub the spice mix evenly over each thigh.
  5. Lay chicken thighs on the pan, leaving space between each piece.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, checking for doneness at 25 minutes if using boneless thighs.
