A delicious and easy-to-make creamy sushi bake featuring shrimp and crab.
Ingredients

- 2 cups sushi rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 pound crab meat, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into small strips
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine sushi rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sriracha until smooth.
- Add shrimp, crab meat, and green onions to the mixture. Stir well.
- Once the rice is cooked, spread it evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer the shrimp and crab mixture over the rice.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Top with nori strips and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Serve hot for best flavor.
- Adjust sriracha according to your spice preference.
- Can substitute crab with imitation crab if desired.
