Description

A delicious and easy-to-make creamy sushi bake featuring shrimp and crab.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 pound crab meat, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into small strips
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  3. In a pot, combine sushi rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sriracha until smooth.
  5. Add shrimp, crab meat, and green onions to the mixture. Stir well.
  6. Once the rice is cooked, spread it evenly in a baking dish.
  7. Layer the shrimp and crab mixture over the rice.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
  9. Top with nori strips and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Serve hot for best flavor.
  • Adjust sriracha according to your spice preference.
  • Can substitute crab with imitation crab if desired.
