- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and bell pepper until cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and ground beef mixture to the bowl and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
