Ingredients

- 1 lb fish fillets, cut into pieces
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup mussels, cleaned
- 1 cup clams, cleaned
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups fish stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and paprika, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add fish stock, bring to a simmer.
- Add fish, shrimp, mussels, and clams.
- Cook until seafood is fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for an additional 3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
