Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Asiago cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add garlic and mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté until mushrooms are soft.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Asiago cheese and mix until melted.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cook until fully cooked through.
