Description
A beautifully plated creamy garlic steak topped with rich Parmesan sauce, garnished with fresh parsley, served alongside roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Season the Steaks:
Generously season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.
Sear the Steaks:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
Prepare the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add Cream and Cheese:
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, cooking until the sauce thickens (about 3-4 minutes).
Combine and Serve:
Slice the steaks and return them to the skillet, coating them in the creamy sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Enjoy your creamy garlic steak with a side of mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables!
Tips:
For extra flavor, marinate the steaks in garlic and herbs for a few hours before cooking.
Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more cream or cheese as desired.
