Description

Creamy cilantro lime dressing is a flavorful addition to salads, tacos, and grilled vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 jalapeño, seeds and stem removed (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the cilantro, yogurt, garlic, lime juice, honey, salt, and jalapeño (if using) to a blender or food processor. Blend until combined.
  2. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Blend until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust with additional salt or honey if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate.
