Ingredients

- 1 large bunch fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 jalapeño, seeds and stem removed (optional)
Instructions
- Add the cilantro, yogurt, garlic, lime juice, honey, salt, and jalapeño (if using) to a blender or food processor. Blend until combined.
- With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Blend until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust with additional salt or honey if needed.
- Pour into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate.

- For a thinner dressing, add a small splash of water and blend again.
