A creamy and sweet vinaigrette made with dates and balsamic vinegar.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 Medjool dates, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 small shallot, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until the dressing is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add water 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired texture.
