			- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
 - 1 lb crawfish tails
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1/4 cup butter
 - 1/2 cup diced onion
 - 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
 - In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
 - Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
 - Stir in the crawfish tails and Cajun seasoning; cook for 2-3 minutes.
 - Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
 - Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
 - Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

- For a spicier dish, add more Cajun seasoning or a dash of hot sauce.
