- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on two slices of bread.
- Layer cranberries on top of the cream cheese.
- Top with remaining slices of bread.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and sugar.
- Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook each sandwich until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with syrup or powdered sugar.
