Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets
  • 8 ounces of brie cheese
  • 1 cup of cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
  3. Place the squares into a muffin tin.
  4. Cut the brie into small pieces and place one piece in each pastry cup.
  5. Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cranberry sauce.
  7. Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
