Cranberry Pecan Baked Brie Cups are a simple and delicious appetizer perfect for the holidays.

- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 8 ounces of brie cheese
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place the squares into a muffin tin.
- Cut the brie into small pieces and place one piece in each pastry cup.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cranberry sauce.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
