Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together orange juice, melted butter, and eggs.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir in cranberries and walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
