Description

A crispy wonton filled with a creamy crab mixture.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 6 oz crab meat, drained
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
