Description
A hearty side dish featuring green beans and potatoes with a ranch flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons beef grease
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 medium red potatoes, cut into a 1/2-inch dice
- 1 small sweet onion, diced
- 1 (14-ounce) can green beans, drained
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Ranch seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices beef, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce, optional
Instructions
- Heat bacon grease and butter over medium-high heat in a large pan.
- Add potatoes and cook for 7 minutes, flipping them over halfway through.
- Add onion and cook 3 to 5 more minutes, until potatoes are soft.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir. Let everything warm through and then remove from heat and serve.
Notes
- You can leave out the bacon grease and use 4 tablespoons butter if desired.
