Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Extra cookie crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
  7. Fold in the crushed cookies.
  8. Divide the batter among the cupcake liners.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let the cupcakes cool completely.
  11. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  12. Frost the cooled cupcakes with whipped cream and sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
