Description
Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Bombs
Ingredients
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10-12 Oreo cookies, crushed
1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Extra crushed Oreos for coating (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the cheesecake filling: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the crushed Oreos, creating a cookies and cream filling.
Assemble the bombs: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cookies and cream mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Carefully fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges together to seal and form a ball.
Brush and coat: Place the sealed bombs onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush each bomb with melted butter, then mix the sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle the mixture over each cheesecake bomb for a sweet finish.
Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and puffed.
Optional coating: For an extra cookies and cream touch, roll the bombs in extra crushed Oreos once they come out of the oven.
Serve and enjoy: Let the cheesecake bombs cool for a few minutes before enjoying this warm, gooey treat. Perfect for dessert or a snack!
Enjoy your delicious, cheesy, cookies-and-cream-filled bites!
