Description

Ingredients

  • 1 whole turkey (1214 lbs)
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup gravy
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 pumpkin pie

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and rinsing it inside and out.
  3. Stuff the turkey with stuffing mix and secure it.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
  5. Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes.
  6. While the turkey cooks, prepare mashed potatoes and green beans.
  7. Heat the corn and cranberry sauce in separate pots.
  8. Make gravy using the turkey drippings.
  9. Once the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), remove it from the oven.
  10. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
  11. Serve with all sides and enjoy your feast.
