Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, combine diced peaches, red onion, jalapeño, honey, and olive oil to make the salsa.
  4. Slice the grilled chicken.
  5. Serve the chicken over rice or quinoa and top with peach salsa.
