- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix and milk until thick.
- Add peppermint extract to the cream cheese mixture and stir well.
- In a 9×13 dish, layer chocolate graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
- Add a layer of chocolate pudding on top.
- Repeat layers, finishing with chocolate pudding.
- Top with crushed peppermint candies and chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
