- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, ricotta, and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix until fully combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Dust with powdered sugar before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture.
- Chill the bars overnight for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
