A creamy and nutritious chocolate chia pudding that is easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice, plus more as needed
- 6 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 2–3 Tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or sweetener of choice
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Toppings of choice: fresh raspberries, chocolate chips, nuts
Instructions
- In a bowl or mason jar, whisk together the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until fully combined.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir or shake again to break up any clumps of chia seeds or cocoa powder.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to serve, stir the pudding and add more milk if it’s too thick.
- Serve with your favorite toppings such as raspberries, chocolate chips, or nuts.
