Ingredients

  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings of choice: fresh raspberries, chocolate chips, nuts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or mason jar, whisk together the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until fully combined.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir or shake again to break up any clumps of chia seeds or cocoa powder.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. When ready to serve, stir the pudding and add more milk if it’s too thick.
  5. Serve with your favorite toppings such as raspberries, chocolate chips, or nuts.
