Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the chicken koftas until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt to make the sauce.
  6. Serve the koftas with the garlic yogurt sauce.
