- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste (for sauce)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken koftas until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt to make the sauce.
- Serve the koftas with the garlic yogurt sauce.
