- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken, tossing to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the sauce.
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or vegetables for a different twist.
