Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Let cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
