- 2 pounds of potatoes, diced
- 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the oven and stir in the sour cream and milk.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
