- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes and olive oil.
- Add ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Add the sliced smoked sausage on top of the potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
