Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
1 cup cooked shredded chicken 
1/2 cup buffalo sauce 
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened 
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
1/4 cup green onions, chopped 
Salt and pepper to taste 
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together the cooked shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions until well combined.
Slice a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through. Season with salt and pepper.
Fill each chicken breast pocket with the buffalo chicken mixture.
Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with extra buffalo sauce and celery sticks on the side. Enjoy!
