- 1 lb imitation lobster meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hot dog buns
- Butter for toasting buns
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the imitation lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Toast the hot dog buns in the skillet until golden brown.
- Fill each toasted bun with the lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the lobster mixture.
