Description
Brie, Apple, and Honey Crostini is a delicious appetizer that combines creamy brie, sweet apple butter, and fresh apples on toasted baguette slices.

- 1 baguette, cut into ½-inch slices
- 1 jar apple butter
- 6 ounces soft cheese (such as brie made with microbial enzymes)
- 2 large apples, thinly sliced
- Fresh lemon juice, for tossing apples
- 1/2 cup candied pecans, chopped
- Honey, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange baguette slices on a large baking sheet.
- Spread 1–2 teaspoons of apple butter on each slice.
- Place thin slices of cheese on top of each piece of bread.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is soft and melted.
- While baking, toss apple slices with a squeeze of lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Remove crostini from the oven and top each with apple slices.
- Sprinkle with candied pecans and drizzle lightly with honey.
- Serve immediately.
