Description

Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats is a creamy, nutritious breakfast option that combines oats, yogurt, and blueberries.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (fresh works too)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 graham cracker, crumbled (optional topping)
  • 23 tbsp extra blueberries (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, add oats, chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla, honey, and blueberries.
  2. Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to thicken.
  4. Stir again in the morning. Top with crumbled graham cracker, extra blueberries, or even a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
