- COLESLAW
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Freshly cracked pepper
- 1/2 bag coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 3 green onions, sliced
- SMOKY GARLIC LIME SAUCE
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 lime (1 Tbsp juice)
- BLACKENING SEASONING
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Freshly cracked pepper
- TACOS
- 1/2 lb peeled and deveined shrimp (30/40 count)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 6 small corn tortillas
- 3 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the coleslaw dressing by mixing mayonnaise, honey, Dijon, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add coleslaw mix and sliced green onions to the bowl and coat with dressing. Refrigerate until serving.
- For the smoky garlic lime sauce, mix mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Heat a dry skillet over medium heat and toast the tortillas until browned on the edges.
- Mix blackening seasoning ingredients in a bowl and coat the shrimp.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about one minute.
- Add seasoned shrimp and cook until firm, about 3-5 minutes.
- Assemble tacos with coleslaw, shrimp, smoky garlic lime sauce, and green onions. Squeeze lime over top.

- Adjust dressing amount to taste.
- Use fresh lime wedges for serving.
