Ingredients

  • 300g beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and onion. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add bell pepper and cook until tender.
  6. Stir in black pepper and soy sauce.
  7. Add cooked udon noodles and toss well.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
