- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and onion. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and cook until tender.
- Stir in black pepper and soy sauce.
- Add cooked udon noodles and toss well.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
