Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon fresh turmeric, grated (or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (or 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.

Notes

  • Using frozen pineapple makes the smoothie thick and refreshingly cold.
