Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, feta cheese, onion, and bell pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
