Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt, and mix until well combined.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pre-made pie crust.

- Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for an additional 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set.
