Best Ever Guacamole
Ingredients

- 3 ripe avocados
- ½ small yellow onion, finely diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork to your preferred texture (chunky or smooth).
- Add the onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, and salt.
- Stir until well combined, then taste and adjust salt or lime juice if needed.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite dishes.
Notes
- Use large, ripe avocados for the best texture and flavor.
- Fresh lime juice gives a much brighter taste than bottled juice.
- To keep leftovers fresh and green, store tightly covered with minimal air contact.
