Ingredients

  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork to your preferred texture (chunky or smooth).
  3. Add the onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, and salt.
  4. Stir until well combined, then taste and adjust salt or lime juice if needed.
  5. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite dishes.
