Description

Ingredients

- 1 medium cauliflower, grated
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Grate the cauliflower and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the flour, Parmesan cheese, eggs, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil and flatten them slightly.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, substitute all-purpose flour with almond flour or a gluten-free flour blend.
- Feel free to add herbs or spices to customize the flavor.
- These fritters can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
