Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the sauce.
  2. Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge the salmon pieces in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
