Description
A plate of crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites drizzled with homemade spicy-sweet Bang Bang sauce, garnished with green onions, and served with rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the sauce.
- Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the salmon pieces in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the salmon bites until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve the salmon bites drizzled with the sauce and enjoy!
Notes
- For a healthier option, bake the salmon bites instead of frying.
- Adjust the spiciness of the sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
- These bites can be served with a side of fresh vegetables or rice.
