Description
Bang Bang Salmon Bites are crispy salmon chunks coated in a flavorful mayo mixture and drizzled with a spicy bang bang sauce.

- 2 lbs Salmon Filet
- 2 tbsp Mayo
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Garlic Paste
- Garlic Salt and Pepper (as desired)
- 3/4 cup Mayo (for bang bang sauce)
- 1/2 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 clove Garlic (grated or minced)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Pat the salmon dry and remove the salmon skin.
- Cut the salmon into 1-1.5 inch chunks and place in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix mayo, seasonings, and garlic paste.
- Season the salmon bites with garlic salt and black pepper.
- Add the mayo mixture on top and coat the salmon bites.
- Place the seasoned salmon on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 10 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the bang bang sauce by whisking together the sauce ingredients.
- Drizzle the bang bang sauce on top of the cooked salmon.
Notes
- Don’t overcook your salmon! Roast for 7 minutes for a rarer option.
- Add cajun seasoning for extra flavor.
- Adjust spice level with more sriracha or red pepper flakes.
- Use a meat thermometer for doneness.
- Use Greek yogurt or light mayo for a lighter option.
