- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Toss the cooked chicken in the Bang Bang sauce until well coated.
- In a serving bowl, layer the cooked rice, followed by the sauced chicken.
- Top with mixed vegetables and chopped green onions.

Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha sauce.
