Description
Delicious banana truffles coated in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Mix in crushed nuts until combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the mixture.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate, then roll in cocoa powder.
- Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by using more or less chocolate.
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
