Description

Delicious banana truffles coated in chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Mix in crushed nuts until combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Form small balls from the mixture.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate, then roll in cocoa powder.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by using more or less chocolate.
  • Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
