Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) while you prepare the chicken and veggies.
- Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, ensuring they are well coated; marinate for at least 15 minutes.
