Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- For the sauce, blend avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and cumin until smooth.
- Serve meatballs with the avocado sauce.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
