- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into rounds and place them in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the zucchinis and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each zucchini slice in the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
