Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into rounds and place them in a bowl.

  4. In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Coat each zucchini slice in the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the coated zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
