Ingredients

- 3 bananas, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°F (95°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the bananas into ⅛-inch rounds.
- Brush each banana slice with lemon juice on both sides. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 1 to 1½ hours, until the bananas can be flipped.
- Flip the slices and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely until crispy.
