Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°F (95°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the bananas into ⅛-inch rounds.
  3. Brush each banana slice with lemon juice on both sides. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  4. Bake for 1 to 1½ hours, until the bananas can be flipped.
  5. Flip the slices and bake for another 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely until crispy.
